Restful reading

Hey everyone, how are you?

Today I am still resting as I’m still ill, so will be reading. This is a chance for some self-care and a time to recharge.

There are two books that I am going to be reading today. The first it “Nutshell” by Ian McEwan. And “Listening to the Animals” by Professor Noel Fitzpatrick. The first book I have already started. Whereas, I am yet to start the second. But it has been on my list of things to do. So, I am glad that I have the chance to do so. I have so many books that I am yet to read. That they are starting to take over my desk. That it will be good to get through a few.

Although I have been ill, the days have not been a complete waste. Yesterday, my new trainers arrived. I was very happy with it, and want to get well so that I can go out and wear them.

I’ve been after a pair of these for a while, but had to save up.

It means that there is still not going to be any writing. I may draft a few things that if I feel better. But it is not at the top of the priority list at the moment.

Thank you for reading and I hope that you have a good day.
