Hey everyone, how are you?
Today, I am busy writing various documents and online courses. I started this morning, and will be continuing on in the afternoon.
Today was meant to be an early start where I got up at two am to watch a stream. However, the stream got cancelled and I went back to sleep. I woke at the normal time that I usually do in the mornings. Since then I have been working on my online course on anxiety depression and CBT. I have got far into the second week and am hoping to finish the second week either today or tomorrow. It is quite in depth and I am not sure if I am going to complete it by the deadline. Especially as I am going to be out and about during the rest of the week.
I also need to do some writing for the university. This I am going to get done this afternoon. So, that I can get it emailed off and I will then know what I need to do next. It shouldn’t take me too long, as essentially it is a couple of pieces of creative writing. The only downside of me spending the day in front of a laptop, is that, I am getting a headache. It is starting to get hard to look at a screen for a long period of time. So, I am having to keep on stopping and starting.
If I get the chance I want to get on with my own personal writing. It will completely depend on how much I get done and how I am feeling. I also want to make sure that I take time out to chill as well. I also have to prepare some stuff for tomorrow. I am going to be talking as a service user at a training course. Which is something that I am looking forward to, but am also slightly nervous. I’m sure that it will be okay though.
