Hey everyone, how are you?

Sorry for the lack of a second blog yesterday. The day just ran away from me, and before I knew it, it was the evening.

Fascial manipulation

Today is going to be a painful day as I am having some fascial manipulation done on my knee. I have injured it again, I don’t know exactly what is wrong with it, but it is easily damaged and has to be treated. The appointment is going to be this morning and I know that I will be in a short amount of pain for long term pain relief. I am looking forward to the appointment as I just want my knee to be fixed. I am also going to see if she can have a go at my neck and head. As I have been getting a lot of tension headaches and migraines lately.

The headaches and the migraines have made writing impossible, since the couple of days where I was sat in front of a laptop. I have not been able to do much, in terms of writing but I am hoping that after this morning that can change. I was meant to be going to the creative writing group but I am not sure if I will be able to. As the fascial manipulation does tire me out, and make me quite dopey. I also have to take some painkillers which will also do the same thing. But I will make my final decision nearer the time.

One of the things that I do want to get done today is some reading. I couldn’t get on with a book that a friend lent. So, have moved on. I am now reading “In the Miso Soup.” I started it yesterday and so far it seems good. It isn’t a long book, so, I am hoping to get it finished sooner rather than later.

Thank you for reading and I hope that you have a good day.
