New day

Hey everyone, how are you?

It is a new day and after the bank holiday a start of a new week. As I just see the bank holiday as an extension of the weekend.

Today

Today, I am not sure if I am going to be able to get any writing done. This is because I am going to be out for part of the day. And I am not that good in the mornings. One of the things that I do want to do in the morning is some reading. As I know that it is something that I can do and it will help me to wake up. I am still reading “Fahrenheit 451” and “Listening to the Animals.” Both books are good and I want to get them read soon.

I will be out for the bulk of the afternoon and may not get the chance to write. If I do get any writing done then it will be in the late morning, early afternoon; before I have to go out. As in the evening I will be relaxing and chilling. The afternoon will be quite intense as I am going to be at my STEPPS course. Which can be intense at times. So, I like to use the evenings to relax and take in the information that I have been given during the day.

This morning I also want to get on with some more drum practice. I didn’t do any yesterday so want to get on with some today. I need to get on with the rudiments and reading exercises. I have been in a rut with the practice lately as I have been having a good practice followed by a bad one, followed by a good one and so on. The main thing that I need to do is try and change the mindset that I have got in and also try to relax as I am practicing.

Thank you for reading and I hope that you have a good day.

Annette
