Hey everyone, how are you?

Today, I am aiming to get some reading done. As I have a backlog of books that I need to read.


Reading is a good thing for me to do after a busy week. Where I was out each day either running errands or going to appointments. I have two books that I am going to be reading today. One fiction and one non-fiction. One book is “Dead Men’s Trousers” by Irvine Welsh and the other is “The 4 Pillar Plan” by Dr Rangan Chatterjee. I know that I won’t get both books read in one day, but I want to get a substantial way through them. And maybe complete one of them over the weekend. I know that reading the fiction book will help me with my own writing. As it is by one of my favourite authors and I always find his work inspiring. The other book is more of a self care book and I am hoping it will help with some aspects of my life.

I also just want to do things today which help me to relax. As I have said the week was busy for me and I just want to chill over the weekend. Other things that I want to do today is some gaming and some drum practice. I find both of these things help me to relax as well as reading. The gaming will be on the PS Vita as I am yet to get new controllers for my PS4. The drum practice will be good to get in, as I did not have time in the week. And it is something where I can channel any excess energy that I may have. And any anxiety that I may have. All of these activities will help me to face another busy week that is coming up.
