Hey everyone, how are you?
I overslept yesterday, so, was unable to get a second blog online. As I had to get ready to go out.
Yesterday, was a good day even though I overslept. I was still able to get up and get to my STEPPS course on time. The course session went well. I have a lot of homework to do over the next week. But I should be able to get it all done. It does include keeping a diary, and that is something that I am not good at, but I will give it a shot. When I got home I rested as I had walked a lot during the day. I wanted to just process what had been said in the course and how I can apply it to my everyday life.
Today, I have got a doctors appointment, but it is not until this afternoon. I want to spend the morning reading. It is something that I want to do and also something that I need to do. I was recommended a book by my doctor, which I have. I need to read some of it so, I can say whether or not it was helpful. I am generally curious about the book and I hope that it is helpful, as it looks as though it could be. It is a non-fiction self help book. And has chapters on relaxing and sleep. And these are two things that I struggle with.
Other than that, I am not going to force myself to get a ton of things done. As I know that I if I do not get it done then I will be annoyed at myself and that is just not good for me. I also do not know if I will have slept, as I slept so much yesterday. That I want to have some time to nap and catch up on sleep just in case.
