Hey everyone, how are you?
This morning I will be writing before I have to go out for a bit in the afternoon.
I will be writing this morning to make up for the writing I was unable to do yesterday. Even though we did not go to the hospital in the end, I was so tired from waking up so early and not sleeping well in the night, that I slept most of the day. It wasn’t until the middle of the afternoon that I woke up and started to get anything done. So, I want to catch up this morning. The plan is to take some sleeping tablets the night before so that I can be awake and rested today. I want to get some of the university stuff done this morning. As it is the most urgent writing that I need to do.
The writing will involve listening to an audio file and writing down what is said. It takes me hours to do one file and there are a few files to get through. I want to get the second one if not finished then nearly finished by the end of the morning. If I get the chance I will then go back to the novel and get some more of that written. I still need to finish the plan and the final chapter. I also need to do some POP forms for my appointment in the afternoon. The POP forms are a form that helps you to control and evaluate your emotional response to an event that has happened.
I will be out for a few hours in the afternoon at my appointment. It will last an hour and it will take up to an hour to get there and another hour to get back. When we get back I want to get in some reading and relax from my appointment. It is mental health related which can bring up a lot of memories. So, I like to relax when I get home and chill. And one of the ways I like to do this is by reading. I have a fiction book that I want to read more of. I will also take it with me to the appointment to read whilst I am waiting.
