Hey everyone, how are you?

Yesterday was so good, mum and I had a lot of fun shopping for Christmas. And the crowds were not that bad.

We spent a number of hours at the retail park shopping. It was good. We got a lot of things for friends and family and managed to do nearly all of it. There are jus some little bits that we need to get and then we are done. We left around 9:30 in the morning and the journey was just over an hour and a half. And we left around 3pm and got home just after 5pm as there was some traffic on the way home. As well as shopping we also had a meal there which was nice. Everything there is an outlet of a designer brand, so you get extra discounts on the goods. It was such a good day.

And even though it was busy, it was not over busy. So, my anxiety didn’t get too high. And I did not have to use my emergency medication. Which is always a bonus. When we got home I just chilled, didn’t do anything else except watch the football. Both of us walked a lot and were tired when we got home.

Today, I have a session booked in with my lead practitioner. It will be good to catch up with her and talk about the upcoming appointment with the psychiatrist. As well as some other things that I have also discussed with my key worker. Also, I have some stuff coming up on Friday and I want to mention it in case it doesn’t go well and it has an impact on my mental health. Which I hope doesn’t happen as it’s my birthday over the weekend and I want to be in a good place for it. After I have seen my lead practitioner I need to go into the city centre and just finish off a bit of Christmas shopping. It should be a good but busy day.

Thank you for reading and I hope that you have a good day.
