Hey everyone, how are you?
I have put into place a new routine for my day and from the early outset it looks like it is working.
I started the routine yesterday, where I split the day into two parts one of gaming and the second writing. And even though I did not write for the entirety of the afternoon, I did get some writing done and I was able to do more in the evening. I am putting in this routine alongside having a better sleep routine as well. And I think that the both of them will be beneficial in many ways. I’m sure that there will be good things with my mental health and maybe even my physical health as well. But only time will tell on that. So, I am going to continue with the routine and out of it should be some better productivity. I’m not saying that it is easy, because it isn’t but it is better than being in a place that is just frustrating.
Today, I am going to be splitting the day into two parts again. And for the writing I am going to be focused on the book chapter. As there is some more of the journals that I need to print and read and I also need to finish off my narrative. Which is taking longer than I initially expected. But hopefully it will be good enough. Also, if I get some time left over I will do some of the transcribing that I need to do. As I have not looked at it for a while as it is something that gets on my nerves. But it needs to be done sooner rather than later. If I can get another one finished over the next few days then that will be one less that has to be done. Once I get into the transcribing I am away, it is just starting it again and getting use to the way other people are speaking.
In the evening I am starting to have the final hour and a half before I go to sleep without screens. I am trying to use this time to either read or write some fiction. However, it has been hard the past few nights just because I have been so tired due to my range of medications that I have to take each day. But I am sure it will become easier in time. And this evening I am determined to make sure that I do what I need to do. The last couple of nights I have just ended up falling asleep, which defeats the point of what I am trying to do in improving my sleep routine.
Thank you for reading and I hope that you have a good day.
