It’s a new week and another week of gaming and writing.
Gaming and Writing
This morning I am finishing off the main story of the game “Judgment.” I played for almost five hours yesterday and have got really near the end of the game. I have really enjoyed it and want to do all of the side missions as well. I know that it will take some time to get it all done, but my aim is to finish the main story today. I am finding that it is a good way to start the day, as it is something that I enjoy doing. And even if I have things coming up that I do not enjoy, I know that I am starting the day right. It is also making me think about the short story I am about to start writing, as it is gaming related. So, I am thinking about all the small little things that make a game awesome and how I can incorporate them into the short story, without making it too long.
In the afternoon, I am going to be writing, although any short story or novel writing will have to wait until the evening. As I have the book chapter to carry on with. As the deadline is going to creep up in no time. So, do not want to be caught short and make sure that I have my bit done. I am enjoying writing the book chapter and I think that it is being therapeutic for me. This is because I am writing my mental health narrative and it is a way to get some things off of my chest about my past and my mental health. So, it is a good thing in many ways. I am looking forward to it being done though. And seeing the end result of my words being in a book that is being published.
The evening, I will either do some more writing or read for a bit. It will depend on how tired I am and how much I get done in the afternoon. I do have to pop out at some point. But it should not be for too long, an hour at the most. If I decide to read then I will probably read some fiction. I am currently reading “The Institute” by Stephen King. It is a long book, so it is naturally taking me longer to read than a standard novel. I am almost half way through it and want to get over half way throughout the week.
Thank you for reading and I hope that you have a good day.
