Computer Day

Hey everyone, how are you?

Today, is a computer day and I aim to get a lot done.

Today

There will be no lie in for me as I have a meeting in the morning and there is some stuff that I want to do beforehand. I don’t know how realistic it will be as I have mentioned before, I am not a morning person. But I can try and if I don’t then I will just have to write harder in the afternoon. I will be writing more of the book chapter. I got a book yesterday to help with the referencing. As the book that I had was from my university days and is out of date. I will also be listening to some podcasts whilst I write, sort of a two birds one stone kind of deal. I have been asked to listen to specific podcasts for next week and I know that I will probably have to listen to it a couple of times to fully grasp everything that is mentioned. But that is okay, the podcasts are only around half an hour each. Most podcasts that I listen to are at least an hour.

One thing that I will be doing is writing out a to do list of things that I need to get done throughout the week. I find that it helps me to organise myself and not forget anything. It is also satisfying when I get to cross something off of it. I aim to get a few things crossed off each day. Even on the days that I am not looking at a computer screen, there are still things that I need to do and accomplish. For example, one thing that I want to do by the end of Tuesday is finish the fiction book that I am currently reading. And start the draft of the next chapter of my short story “Virtual Reality.” But that is me getting ahead of myself. Although I will be reading today, I am currently half way (roughly) through “Mockingjay.” So, it will be a busy day and hopefully a good and productive one.

Thank you for reading and I hope that you have a good day.

Annette
