Hey everyone, how are you?
Yesterday was rather busy one way and another, so today, even though I have appointments I am going to make sure that it is more relaxed.
I have a couple of appointments today and there is one that I am going to have to miss, as they clash. But I am going to make sure that the day is more relaxed than yesterday. To do this I am going to not rush around and just let things slow down. By yesterday afternoon I was so tired that I did have a sleep. Part of the tiredness was also because I had some physio therapy which always makes me dopey. But I also had my key work, which went well. The problem is that the sleep stopped me from sleeping at night so today I know that I am going to be tired. But no matter what I have to make sure that I do get some writing done during the day. I also want to to try and have a meeting about the book chapter, but I don’t know if that is going to happen today.
When I am done, I am going to do some self-care. One of them is going to get my head shaved and that will be nice. I also am going to put on some music and read, just something to help slow things down so that I am not running around all day. It should be a good day and one where I can be productive but not stress myself out. I know that I need to take better care of my mental health and to slow down is a way to do that. I also need to call the vet about my cat and her current medication change. I called yesterday but missed the call back and only saw it when the vets was closed.
