Hey everyone, how are you?
It’s the start of the first week of being in tier 4 due to the coronavirus and I have no reason to go out.
It is a bank holiday and I have nowhere to go as lots of places are closer because of government restrictions. And I also do not want to go out because I don’t want to bring the virus back and pass it on to someone I love. So, I am only going out when it is absolutely necessary, for example: to get medication. So, I am spending a lot of time at home, but as I mentioned in a previous blog I am not going back to writing until the New Year. However, I will be reading a lot as I am reading a minimum of fifty pages a day of a fiction book. When I become unwell with underlying mental and physical health conditions my concentration goes and I find it hard to read. And it is something that I have to build back up. So, I am going to read more of a fiction book which I am enjoying.
Aside from reading I will be spending the day doing some things around the house and just generally chilling as it is a bank holiday. There are some things that need to be done this week and are in the diary but none of them are for today. And although I am not writing, I am planning a lot. Mostly stuff for the short story and the novel. So, I will continue on with that throughout the day. It will give me some foundation for when I go back to writing in the New Year.
Thank you for reading and I hope that you have a good day.
