Hey everyone, how are you?
After a frustrating start to the weekend, I am planning on finishing it on a good note.
I want to get some prep done for the week ahead, as I have much that I need to do in the next week; that I want to get ahead on it. Mostly it is writing stuff that I want to get ahead on. As last week was not great for getting things done, that I want to make this week count. Mostly I will be planning what I need to do in the week and the appointments that I have, through the making of a to do list. As I have meetings and appointments and things that I need to remember for them as well. I know that it may seem vague, but until I sit down and write it out I am not sure myself how much there is to do. I have it all running around in my head and I know that if I don’t write it down, that it will just end up being a source of anxiety.
This need to organise and prep for the week ahead, is juxtaposed with the want to relax and get in some more gaming and drumming. It feels as though I am being pulled in more than one direction and I am not sure which direction to go in. I will make sure that I get some rest in. I will probably prep in the afternoon. As I am not a morning person and it will be a good time for me to sit and read and sleep. I am still in a sleeping phase and sleeping a lot which is a sign that I need to talk about it again with my doctor in the week.
I really hope that the day goes better than yesterday. And that things continue to improve. I think that once I have everything written down and checked the diary things will be a lot clearer.
