Hey everyone, how are you?

Today, I am getting my first dose of the coronavirus vaccine.

I am getting the first dose of the vaccine in the morning and I am hoping that I don’t get a horrid side-effects. But if I do I will deal with it. I am getting the same vaccine brand as my mum and she didn’t feel under the weather for a day roughly. So it will be interesting to see whether or not I react the same way. But I don’t mind if I do it will just show that the vaccine is building up immunity in my body. I do not have to travel far for the vaccine the air vaccination centre is at my doctor surgery. Which is convenient as I need to drop in some paperwork for the doctors to see as well. The paperwork isn’t much it’s just a document of a record that I have been keeping. I did initially send it in an email but I am not sure if it went through as when I spoke to my doctor he had not received it.

When I am done with getting the vaccine, it should only take five minutes. I heard that the system they have in place is very slick. I will be back home in time for a group meeting. It will be the start of a day in front of the computer, as I was not in a good place to write yesterday and I have a lot to get done. I have some work to do for my counsellor and key work session this week. It is looking back at the mental health STEPPS course and specifically at the positive filters. I need to do it for my lead practitioner on Thursday. But my counsellor also wants to know more about it and we are going to have a run through before I talk to my lead practitioner, as our last meeting left me rather anxious.

Thank you for reading and I hope that you have a good day.
